What’s a “shared lease”?

It means we’re partners. We lease from priority landlords in the neighborhood and sublet their spaces to community members in need of transitional housing. We’re essentially inviting you to share the lease with us, because we value your contribution to the beloved community. We offer:

Subsidized rent
Assistance paying off an eviction, if you have one
Help preparing you for a rental of your choosing, or even home ownership
